Welcome to HarvestHUB! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to the Agricultural Crowdfunding Platform operated by EverythingNIGERIA and Partners.
Platform: The HarvestHUB website, digital applications, and associated services.
Member: An individual who has fully registered, paid the necessary fees, and received an active Membership Identification Number (MIN).
MIN: Membership Identification Number, a unique identifier assigned upon account activation.
Moratorium: A waiting period before a Member can access specific benefits, directly tied to the duration taken to complete membership payment.
Brand Manager: A Member who has achieved a specific referral point threshold (Silver or Gold).
Eligibility: Nigerians residing within and outside Nigeria.
Profile Creation: You must provide accurate and verifiable information, including full name, valid phone number, state, LGA, and Next of Kin.
Multiple Memberships: A single user profile may hold and manage multiple memberships (MINs). You are responsible for all activities under your parent profile.
Account Security: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
Flexible Payments: Activation occurs once cumulative payment reaches ₦10,000.
Moratorium Rule: The duration you take to complete payment dictates your Moratorium Period. (e.g., if payment takes 3 months, your moratorium is 3 months before benefits begin).
Annual Renewal: Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
Same-Month Refund: 100% full refund if requested within the same calendar month of initial registration payment.
Moratorium Refund: If requested during your assigned Moratorium Period, a 30% surcharge will be deducted for administrative and operational allocations.
Members earn points for activities: 1 point per referred member, 2 points for farm land facilitation, and 3 points for joining the HarvestHUB Cooperative. A 10% referral bonus is allocated upon successful registration, processed daily via Access Bank Primus.
Discounts: Active Members receive a 20% discount on farm produce and 10% on packaged items.
Purchase Limits: Standard Members (₦80,000/mo); Brand Managers (₦100,000/mo).
Logistics: Pre-booking is compulsory by the 5th and 20th. Pickups are on the 15th and 30th. A 24-hour grace period applies, after which a 20% surcharge is incurred.
Every active Member agrees to a mandatory Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) donation of ₦10,000 at the end of each year to support community development and sustainable farming initiatives.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
